Pain in the neck
As I said the other day, when we came home from our vacation to Scotland, I injured my neck. The bad thing was that I injured it promptly upon our arrival. I was walking up the stairs with my hands in my pockets, when I slipped. I pitched forward into the wall, hitting my head and pulling some muscles in my neck and upper back. For days it hurt quite badly to move my left arm or my head. I’m feeling much better now and the stiffness has pretty much gone, although some pain still remains. Oh - I didn’t walk up the stairs with my hands in my pockets to look cool. I don’t know why I did it, but if it were to impress someone, it wouldn’t be my cats. I guess it would be to impress Steph, but I don’t think having my hands in my pockets would accomplish that in any way.

Walking upstairs with hands in pockets is actually cool. I always do it.
Of course with my feet on the ground.

Nice one. You made me snort. This sounds like a conversation I would have … and the best part is that it’s a coin toss as to which person I’d be in this scenario. Smart people do stupid things sometimes.

Aw, Mike…I felt bad for you, but I have to admit, I did wonder why you walked up the stairs with your hands in your pockets. Hope you’re okay now.
