Although I realize the danger behind the statement in today’s comic, I can’t say that I disagree. It isn’t that I despise hip hop - it’s more that there is so much music out there today that is much much better than the crap churned out by the robotic assembly line known as the music industry. I’m tired of people somehow achieving deity status with the public because they have money and equipment and can sample something which was created by someone with less money and resources. The macho posturing and glorification of material wealth don’t help either, but I don’t suppose it will stop anytime soon. By the way - people with grills look infinitely stupid.
