I’ve been talking to a friend lately about the new game, Rock Band. I don’t know if we’ll be purchasing it. Although I enjoy Guitar Hero,forming a full band may be a step too far. Perhaps I’m wrong and it will be a good time had by all, but all of the time spent on playing in the fake band could be spent feeding orphans, cleaning oily whales, or maybe even learning to play an actual instrument. Granted, your skill level is bound to be a lot lower in the beginning, but if you’re a serial buyer of these games, it may be more cost effective to actually teach yourself the real thing. Just some food for thought.
